I write romantic suspense, stories that build tension and focus on the developing love between two people. I’ve been writing for nine years and have been muddling in the world known as the Insurance Industry for years longer than that (which probably explains my penchant for losing myself in the lives of my characters.)

About me:

I live in the Outer Banks of North Carolina with my “Spousal Equivalent,” my son, two turtles, a fish, and my cat, who truly rules the roost! Between hurricanes and nor’easters, invasions of tourists from all over the world and shuttling my son to athletic events and surfing sessions, I make time to write every day. My favorite classic books are Jane Eyre, by Charlotte Bronte and Pride And Prejudice, by Jane Austen.

About my work:

I write some contemporary, some historical. Some are darker in tone, like my World War II novel set in Poland during the Holocaust and Veiled Malice, a contemporary set in Charleston S. C. Some are a lighter, like Using Amanda, a contemporary set in Alexandria, Virginia and Strange Brew, a novella set in Tidewater Virginia. Most contain some level of eroticism.
